Itinerary description
Stenosia and Shinolaka waterfall trek. This starts in Stenosia and follows a clear path to Shinolaka waterfall. It's beautiful. You leave on a path that is difficult in parts but is a clear path. When you reach the seats shown on the waypoint 12 I believe it crosses over the river. We missed this and headed up hill to rejoin the trail we had previously followed. We then dropped down to see Stenosia waterfalls. Impressive but care is needed!
