Itinerary description
One of 20+ interconnected walks forming ‘Footsteps in the Forest’ see Lysos Trekkers Group. Please note while these routes are beautiful, these are not casual strolls and are in a wild forest area. There are no barriers and steep drops plus some loose surfaces. There is strict NO SMOKING rule in the forest as a fire risk and a NO DOGWALKING rule exists in forest areas. Snakes can be encountered as well as other flora and fauna. Take good boots, a sunhat and plenty of water hiking poles recommended. Beautiful walk small ford views forest and sea glimpses forest church.Wildlife.

Lovely trail on clearly defined paths. Fantastic scenery through the pine forest of Lysos.
Lovely trail, easy to follow, beautiful forest scenery. We did this early July and the heat was excessive. Luckily this trail has good shade but it was still tough. Took us 3.5 hours with breaks
