Good route, but a very small part of it is inaccessible. It's possible with a small detour. I had good use of my Garmin eTrex10. I am an inexperienced hiker, and I think it was a very very beautiful and challenging hike. I can recommend it, but keep a GPS map with the route
Hi, was the inaccessable part on the way up? There was an area where trees were felled.
During our tour we could not see the surface because of snow. And there were a lot of spruce branches under the snow...
Yes, it was on the way up - in the forest just before Kinderalm.
I had to create a new route through the forest, but after 10 minutes where I was zig-zagging through the route, I could continue on the original route to Kinderalm.
