St Christophe d'Oisans - Refuge de la Selle.
Climb from the village following the path, steep at first passing houses and then gentler to follow the river all the way up. Steeper towards the end of the climb up to the refuge but never really difficult. Some challenging river crossings are possible if the water level is high.
The descent is via the same route and again without too much complication.
