Itinerary description
You can drive to the starting point (there is some parking space before the bridge that leads to the trail, or you can walk it from Lavagna directly (see other mapped sections).
Ideal in the summer as it is mostly in the woods and/or shaded from the sun and if you want to let your dog roam around. It gets muddy when raining

After the bridge you turn right. The first section is on paved road that then leads to a trail.

Half way through the trail there is a picnic area, which is not well maintained or well kept.

Intersection - at picnic area
Right at the end of the picnic area the trail splits in two; one section lean left and goes up, one goes right over a wooden bridge. Take a right and go through the wooden bridge

At the end of the bridge is a paved road. Take a right. The road will lead you to the end of the walk. It is not a very trafficked road so you can keep your door out of the leash but keep an eye on it.

At the end of Scaruglia there is a connection the the main road (SS225) or you can keep on going following the Ciclovia Del Ardesia (still on paved road). You get here in about 1/2 hour and you can turn around and trace back to your starting point.
