Spring Mountain reserve to White Rock caves is a hilly trail following fire brakes. It's medium shady. You can start your walk at Bellbird drive, Greenbank if you want to make it shorter.
Alternatively if you want to make it longer you can proceed to the car park at White Rock.
The views on the track are nice and you can see Brisbane CBD at the highest point.
