Itinerary description
Hiked this trail anti clockwise which brings you to Spring Mountain later (could be done in reverse).
A nice mix of rough fire trails and bushbashing. The Caldera, Balancing Rock was a highlight of the day with a short steep scramble to the summit of Spring Mountain being another not to be missed stop.

Easy to follow
Scenery
Moderate
Moderate walk a long way to go before one reaches the outlook point. But so worth being out in nature
Glad you enjoyed it. I expect it would have been overgrown in places with all the Summer rain.
