Itinerary description
A challenging coastal work for those comfortable with exposure to height and good scrambling / climbing skills - only attempt this at low tide as otherwise it will not be possible. Rope should be taken to assist with two obstacles.
This trail can be hiked either way - parking available at both ends.
If starting from Sparrebosch then you need to descend the Fishermans trail from Pezula which takes about 45 mins - check it is open as it was recently closed due to the fire in 2017.
