Itinerary description
This was a walk to celebrate my wife's life.
Our small family, my wife, myself and our son, lived in Sticklepath for some years and the north moor became part of our life. My son and I now live a long way away from the place that we still think of as home but felt that it was right to scatter my wife's ashes there, which we did in glorious weather at the Cosdon Stone Row.
After the dispersal we carried on to complete the loop from South Zeal via Steeperton Tor and Belstone.
Its fundamentally an easy walk with very few places to go wrong, the worst thing is that you may be a few meters off a better path.
Totally recommend the route!
