Itinerary description
Beautiful walk across the bays of the SE coast of Grenada following mostly small trails. Cliff top views, deserted palm fringed beaches and a small hotel resort at each end - absolutely perfect. The hike is not easy though - just under 2,000 ft of climbing and can get v hot. Carry at least 2l of water per person - there is none available until you reach La Sagesse. Then you can have a very nice restaurant lunch and a swim before completing the last mile to St Davids Bay.

2023 unfortunately the last mile from La Sargess to St David's is ruined by a huge extra luxury hotel construction with more to come.
You are certainly right there! A real shame. It's possible to re-route the trail, I'll have to find time to do that. Thank you for reviewing the trail anyway!
We did the first 4km then returned. Beautiful coastal hike of headlands and bays, no houses yet just one sad unfinished resort. We will start from the other end next time to complete the hike
