Itinerary description

First attempt to map hike around south coast of Grenada, starting couple of miles south of Grenville. First part of hike starting in small village where Mt Carmel river enters sea. Initial tracks along coast are not well used and hard to follow - much caution advised here as coastline is characterised by headlands with high cliffs and paths (if they exist) can be treacherous. Keeping further inland recommended. GPS track as far as Hope City (buidling development) representative only. Hard hike up and down hills, scrambling at times, very hot during day except where get breeze. Very rewarding with stunning views and isolation. Ends Cabier Vision at Crochu - warm welcome, cold beer. Advise ahead of time if require food.
