I downloaded this trail and followed it on maps.me. Realised when walking the trail that I was following yellow markers.
This is a lovely walk. It consists of woodland walks, dirt roads, double ditches and some road walking. The last 45 minutes is on the Greenway. The first half in an anticlockwise direction has good shade. There are some short sharp hills including short sharp downhills.
I completed this in my hiking sandals with no issues. It took me 4 hours including breaks.
