Itinerary description
This walk starts at the BBQ area in the town.
It combines the Lomanagh and Fermoyle Loops so the walking is all marked. The Lomanagh are RED arrows and the Fermoyle are WHITE arrows.
We rate this walk easy and it took us 4.5 hours including breaks and a visit to the cemetery to visit Cearbhall Ó Dálaighs grave who was President of Ireland from December 1974 to October 1976.
The under foot walking was quiet public road, dirt road and some wet boggy tracks which was very wet the day we completed the walk.

If you are looking for a long hike, /_ 20km in 4.5 hrs, this is very enjoyable. Minor elevation but nothing taxing. Mostly on tarmac roads, farm tracks and forestry roads there are a few sections that are off path, but well marked, that are very wet and/or boggy so hiking boots are advised.
