Itinerary description
Trail from Medno bus station to Grmana (676 m) and Smarna Gora (669 m). Medno bus station can be reached from Ljubljana bus station by direct bus in 20 Min.
At 1,55 km don't follow the paved road (as I did for some meters), but take the small path to the right (pic #2).
Pic #5 shows the "beast" you are going to climb.
Way back to the Medno bus station: in order not to return the same way back, you can take another path at 3,88 km to the right, when returning from Smarna Gora (= final point of this GPS-tracked trip). The path is easy to find, not steep at all and takes 1 h (I ran out of battery for further GPS-tracking ☹).
