Is this to the East Peak?
It was a rather long approach to East Sleeper, with lots of brook crossings. I choose this way because I'd never done Downes Brook trail, and in retrospect would not take it again to do the Sleepers. I'd do it as an over and back to the Sleepers. Nice views from the ledges on Whiteface; nothing much to commend the Sleepers IMO.
