Route through the Rocky Mountains National Park.
We parked in the Bear Lake trailhead parking lot. Access to this part of the park requires a special permit, which must be obtained in advance at recreation.gov. You also have to buy the entrance to the park at the entrance.
The route goes through seven lakes Bear Lake, Nymph Lake, Dream Lake, Emerald Lake, Haiyaha Lake, Loch Lake and Sky Pond and is very beautiful. It is technically easy, there is only one very easy climb near the Sky Pond.
