მარშრუტის აღწერა
მარშრუტი საშუალებას გაძლევთ იმოგზაუროთ საქართველოს ერთ-ერთ ულამაზეს მხარეში და დატკბეთ სამეგრელოს მთიანეთის გამორჩეული ბუნებით. მოგზაურობისას თქვენ მოინახულებთ ცაშკიბულის ტობავარჩხილის, ტობავარჩხილის, დიდიღალის, კალაშის და წაქაწყარის ტბებს, მაღალ ჩანჩქერებს და ულამაზეს ხეობებს.

დღე 1 (მანძილი: 10 კმ. / 5 სთ.)
მარშრუტი კურ. სქურის ცენტრში, მინერალურ წყაროსთან იწყება და ტყიანი აღმართის გავლით საბანაკე ადგილ კირნახონასთან მიდის, სადაც ტურისტული კოტეჯია მოწყობილი.

შენიშვნა: კურ. სქურიდან კირნახონამდე მიდის საავტომობილო გრუნტის გზა.

დღე 2 (მანძილი: 15.5 კმ. / 7 სთ. 30 წთ.)
კირნახონადან მარშრუტი მდ. მაგანას ხეობაში ეშვება და თავდაპირველად ადგილ ჯალარამდე მიდის (ეს ადგილი ხელსაყრელია საბანაკედაც. აქვეა მწყემსების ქოხი.), შემდეგ კი სიმაღლეს კრეფს, ტყიანი მონაკვეთიდან გადის და საბანაკე ადგილ ჯიქირში სრულდება. აქვეა მწყემსების ქოხებიც.

დღე 3 (მანძილი: 7 კმ. / 5 სთ.)
ჯიქირიდან ბილიკი ციცაბო აღმართს მიუყვება და სულ რაღაც 3 კმ-ში ტობავარჩხილის (იგივე ჭითაგვალას) ტბასთან ეშვება (გზად გვხვდება 40 მ. სიმაღლის მაგანას ჩანჩქერიც), რომელიც მოსანახულებელ ტბებს შორის ყველაზე დიდი ზომისაა და საუცხოო სილამაზით გამოირჩევა. ტბიდან ბილიკი მცირე უღელტეხილზე (2785 მ.) ადის, საიდანაც მალევე გვხვდება ჯერ დიდიღალის ტბა, ხოლო შემდეგ ტბა - კალაში, რომელსაც გულის ფორმა აქვს და ხშირად გულის ტბასაც უწოდებენ. აქედან ბილიკი უკან, ტობავარჩხილის ტბასთან ბრუნდება, რომლის ირგვლივაც კარგი საბანაკე ადგილებია.

შენიშვნა: ტბა კალაშიდან 400 მ-ში შეგხვდებათ გადასახვევი, საიდანაც სურვილის შემთხვევაში - წაქაწყარის ტბაზე შეძლებთ მოხვედრას (მანძილი 1 კმ). გაითვალისწინეთ, რომ ეს ბილიკი განეკუთვნება რთულ კატეგორიას და სასურველია იქონიოთ თოკი, წრიაპი და ა.შ. ტბის მონახულება და გადასახვევთან დაბრუნება მინიმუმ 2.5 საათს მოითხოვს. ტბა წლის განმავლობაში უმეტესად ყინულით არის დაფარული.

დღე 4 (მანძილი: 3.4 კმ. / 2 სთ. 40 წთ)
ტობავარჩხილის ტბიდან მარშრუტი მომდევნო უღელტეხილზე (2871 მ.) ადის, საიდანაც საუცხოო სილამაზის ხედები იშლება და ტბა ცაშკიბულის ტობავარჩხილთან ეშვება. ტბის ნაპირებზე კარგი მდელოებია, სადაც შესაძლებელია კარვების გაშლა და დაბანაკება.

შენიშვნა: სურვილის შემთხვევაში, ამავე დღესვეა შესაძლებელია მეორე უღელტეხილის გადავლა და საბანაკე ადგილ ნათიფურუმდე ჩასვლა. ასეთ შემთხვევაში მარშრუტის ხანგრძლივობა შემცირდება 5 დღემდე.

დღე 5 (მანძილი: 9 კმ. / 6 სთ.)
ტბიდან მარშრუტი ჯერ მომდევნო უღელტეხილზე ადის (2749 მ.), შემდეგ კი ალპურ და სუბალპურ მდელოებზე იწყებს დაშვებას. უღელტეხილიდან დაახლოებით 8 კმ-ის გავლის შემდეგ ბილიკი საბანაკე ადგილ ნათიფურუსთან მიდის. აქვეა მწყემსების ქოხი და წყარო.

დღე 6 (მანძილი: 25 კმ. / 7 სთ. 40 წთ.)
ნათიფურუდან მარშრუტი სერპანტინით ეშვება მდ. ხობისწყალის ხეობაში და სირთულის მარტივ კატეგორიაში გადადის, გზად გაივლის ღუნჯის და გვალაშარას ჩანჩქერებს (გავალშარა ერთ-ერთი საუკეთესო ადგილია კანიონინგისათვის). მინერალურ წყალ - ლუგელას, შურუბუმუს მღვიმეს და სოფ. მუხურის ცენტრში სრულდება.

შენიშვნა:
• გაითვალისწინეთ, რომ წლის სხვადასხვა პერიოდში უღელტეხილებზე შესაძლოა იდოს თოვლი, ამიტომ გამოიჩინეთ მეტი სიფრთხილე!
• მარშრუტზე ხშირად გვხვდება მცენარე „დიყი“ რომლის ფოთლებთან შეხებაც აღიზიანებს კანს და აჩენს წყლულებს, ამიტომ ჩაიცვით გრძელტოტებიანი შარვალი;
• ბილიკზე მრავლადაა წყაროები და ნაკადულები;
• მარშრუტზე ხშირად გვხვდება მწყემსების სეზონური სადგომები, რომლებიც უმეტესწილად ივნისიდან სექტემბრამდეა აქტიური. მწყემსები აქვე ამზადებენ სხვადასხვა რძის ნაწარმს და თაფლს, რომელთა დაგემოვნებაც ადგილზევე შეგიძლიათ;
• მარშრუტზე მობილური კავშირის დაფარვის ზონა ვრცელდება კურ. სქურში, კირნახონაში, ნათიფურუში და სოფ. მუხურში.

Description of the route
This amazing route gives us an opportunity to travel to one of the most beautiful parts of Georgia and enjoy the outstanding beauty of mountainous Samegrelo region. During the journey you will have a chance to discover Tsashkibuli Tobavarchkhili, Tobavarchkhili, Didighali, Kalashi and Tsakatskari lakes, together with high waterfalls and spectacular gorges.

Day 1 (Distance: 10 km / 5 h)
The trail starts in the center of res. Skuri, next to the mineral water and after ascending wooded hill, it approaches the place called Kirnakhona, where touristic cottage is located.

Note: Kirnakhona campsite can be reached by off-road vehicle from res. Skuri.

Day 2 (Distance: 15.5 km / 7 h 30 m)
From Kirnakhona the trail descends to the gorge of the riv. Magana and at first reaches place – Jalara (here are shepherds’ huts and the place is good for camping), then gains altitude, leaves the forest and arrives at Jalara Campsite, where you will find shepherds’ huts as well.

Day 3 (Distance: 7 km / 5 h)
From the campsite the trail begins to follow a steep ascent and in just 3 hours reaches outstandingly beautiful Tobavarchkhili Lake (aka Chitagvala), which is also the biggest lake among the others on the route (on the way you will also see 40 m. high Magana Waterfall). From the lake our trail ascends to the small pass (2785 m.) and quickly approaches Didighali Lake, followed by the heart-shaped Lake Kalashi, often called as Heart Lake. From this point, the trail goes back to Tobavarchkhili Lake.

Note: In about 400 m. after Lake Kalashi, you will find junction, from where in CASE YOU WISH, you can visit - Tsakatskari Lake (in 1 km distance). Keep in mind that this trail belongs to the DIFFICULT LEVEL and it’s highly desirable to have rope, crampons and etc. It will take minimum 2.5 hours to visit the lake and return to the main route. The lake is mostly covered by ice during the year.

Day 4 (Distance: 3.4 km / 2 h 40 m)
From Tobavarchkhili Lake our route begins to climb to another pass (2871 m.), which is offering the picturesque views around the area and goes down to Tsashkibulis Tobavarchkhili Lake. The lake shores offer perfect meadows for camping.

Note: According to your wish, on the same day you can proceed to the next pass and descend to the campsite Natipuru. In this case the duration of the route reduces to 5 days.

Day 5 (Distance: 9 km / 6 h)
From the lake the route proceeds to the next pass (2749 m.) and then starts to descend to the alpine and subalpine meadows. In approximately 8 km. from the pass, the trail leads to the campsite Natipuru, where you can find shepherds’ hut and spring as well.

Day 6 (Distance: 25 km / 7 h 40 m)
From Natipuru campsite the trail sharply descends through the serpentine, to the riv. Khobistskali gorge and changes its difficulty in to easy level, then it passes Ghunji and Gvalashara waterfalls (Gvalashara is one of the best places for canyoning), mineral spring Lugela, Shurubumu Cave and finally ends in vil. Mukhuri.

Note:
• Please, note that depending on the season, the passes can be covered with snow, thus be attentive and careful on this section!
• On some parts of the route grows plant – Hogweed, the leaves of which causes skin irritation and ulcers, so it is recommended to wear long pants;
• You can find many springs and brooks on the trail;
• There are shepherds’ huts along the route, which mostly function on June-September period. In those huts locals produce dairy products and honey, which you can taste onsite;
• The cell phone coverage area on the trail includes res. Skuri, Kirnakhona, Natipuru and vil. Mukhuri.
