Itinerary description
The route starts from the west side of Skopelos. It goes uphill for most of it, only the final bit towards Agnondas is downhill. It goes mostly into the wood, following hiking path and some dirty roads.
The initial part offers great views on Skopelos village and afterwards it goes mostly into the wood, with some occasional view again on Skopelos.
It’s a very nice path, you may want to use long trousers in case the vegetation has grown and you may want to bring some proper scissors to get rid of some annoying branches. At the end of uphill, you will find yourself close to the helicopter area. After that you start descending towards Agnondas, which can be seen from above.
The route is easy to follow, only at some point, in the first half, you may lose it for few meters because of vegetation but if you follow this track, it will be ok. I really enjoy it!
