I used the application only outside the stretch already traveled many times, that is, beyond the kilometer of dirt road that goes down to the Scarline site from near the small square of Villanova coinciding with the monument discovered at the end of the tour. So a total of about six kilometers all on minor roads, except the asphalted and inevitable one between Brtonigla and Villanova. You could also take a detour through the fields and avoid it, but both out of respect for the crops and due to the difficulty of orientation in the bushes, this is something reserved for a few. Easily practicable, not tiring, the remaining "wild" stretch is shared with runners and bikers of all backgrounds (however few). In this season, with boring and impudent horseflies especially near the water, which in my opinion constitutes the real attraction of the route. Six kilometers therefore which could easily be covered in two hours, barring any digressions. wide tourist offer in Brtonigla/Brtonigla, including accommodation and houses of new but hideous architecture.
