Itinerary description
The beach tavern near Kastro is open from middle of May till middle of October. During this time there are daily tourist boats 14.00 o clock from the beach tavern back to Skiathos. By this walk it is good, to buy the hiking guide in the book shop in Skiathos town: °Hiking in the Aegean Paradise° to read all the fantastic histories of Kastro and skiathos.
Η ταβέρνα στην παραλία Κάστρο είναι ανοιχτό από 15 Μαίου μέχρι 15 Οκτόβριου. Σε αυτή την εποχή έχει και καθεμερηνά Καΐκι 14.00 η ώρα από την παραλία Κάστρου γιά Σκιάθος. Για αυτή την διαδρομή προτείνουμε, να έχετε το βιβλίο `Πετπατώντας στον παράδεισο του Αιγαίου` μαζί σας, γιά να μάθετε τις ιστορίες από Κάστρο καί άλλα μέρη.

14km is underestimated. We did not go until Kastro because the slope is severe but Wikiloc said we had walked during 14km anyway
