Itinerary description
Form Kostner Hut the descend is very easy, going up to Pralongia is a bit steep but nothing exceptional (you can take the chairlift if you want). the rest of the trail is also easy but and mostly flat, it's always under the sun so be prepared. A resting day overall. I maintained quite a pace during this day so expect it to take longer.
