Itinerary description
From Sirena Ranger Station (sleeping quarters) to the Carate air strip, here a shuttle bus picked us up, as part of the guided tour.
It is difficult due to the heat and humidity. 20+ km is hard.
Went for a quick swim on a running fresh watter stream, with a small waterfall.
