Very difficult
This path has a Very Steep incline and rise when you are crossing the lowest point which is not only difficult but dangerous. We had kids and could not follow it having to venture through the dense bushes which was an experience never to try again. There are also parts where if you slip half a meter to the side you fall to your death on the ricks below. Definately not something i would recomend and not with family / older / kids. You can enjoy the same paths going from Praia do Abano without having to cross this.
