Itinerary description
A hell of a trail. Beautiful. Mysterious. Diversified. Actually this could be considered an easy trail if you are used to hiking. No hard ascents or descents. Nothing really difficult here. Basically you start at the Capuchos Monastery, head ACC towards Barragem da Mula, proceed to the Lagoa Azul and return.
