Itinerary description
Excursión por los caminos seculares que comunicaban las casas de Silves con la ribera del Ara. En realidad se trata de dos pueblos separados: Silves Alto y Silves Bajo (abandonado). Recorremos en todo momento senderos tranquilos y de gran valor.

We did this in summertime. The route is partly shaded. We were very surprised by some fences. But they’re there because of a heard of horses that walks freely around Silves Bajo. Even on the small trails.
The trail is partly signed. Also look for the cairn. (Pile of stones)
