2 cars required. Start at pub car park in Ballynockan up to Silsean. No obviuos track here. over to Moanbane the to Black hill. No obvious track off Black hill. Finish at pub car park in Lacken. Can be poor ubderfoot in wet weather. 5 to 6 hours
