Itinerary description
Moderately trafficked loop trail. Starts at a parking lot in Sigulda. Leads to river Gauja towards Kājnieku bridge, Velnalas cliffs and back around the other side of the river. Beautiful scenery and close to caves and cliffs. Well managed trail with bridges and fallen trees removed from the path. Resting place with info board at the middle. A few hundred meters on low traffic public roads. Moderately steep climb up Gauja river walley (~100m) at the end.
