Itinerary description
There are other possibilities to walk to the summit of Agios Simeoón, but this walk is perhaps the most beautiful and the easiest way to do it! The route is very easy to find, thanks to the signs that lead the pilgrims to the monastery. On top of the Agios Simeoón, the view is extraordinary. The return route follows exactly the same paths.
From Artemónas onwards, this hike is very well signposted as walk [7]; the variant [7a] starts in Apollonía and follows in the beginning a different route.
