His Holiness Shrimad Vidyadhiraj Shripad Vader Swamiji of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math(India, Goa) of the Madhwa Vaishnava line visited Damodarkund on 26/09/98 along with Shridhar Acharya and Narayan Pai. Swamiji recalled the visit of His Holines Shri Jeevottam Teerth Shripad Vader Swamiji (II Pithadipathi)Visited this place about 400 years back. Swamiji Took a dip in the Holy Damodarkund and Made Abhishekam to there deities Shri Ramachandra and Shri Veera Vittal Dev.
