Itinerary description
Section 9 of the 110 km Shinestu trail. Varied trail, some road, old road and forest paths.
Amazing lunch at Oakasawa in the restaurant above the woodworkers which is renowned in the area.
Slight detour from the official trail as we walked through the Mirkura tunnel rather than following the trail which should have crossed the road about 50 m before the tunnel.
