By Five Weirs Walk
The 8 km long Five Weirs Walk runs along the Don River in Sheffield, England. From Lady's Bridge in the center of Sheffield, it goes downstream, northeast, over Cobweb Bridge, through Attercliffe to Meadowhall. Keep in mind that several doors along the road close on 17.30.
As the name of the road suggests, it passes next to five dams. From Meadowhall it is possible to continue the walk along the Don, under the Tinsley viaduct, towards Rotherham. Since 2010, the section of the road between Sheffield and Meadowhall has merged with the Tinsley Canal path to make a circular path known as The Blue Loop, which returns us to Sheffield.
