Itinerary description
Easy although long route.
Easy to follow, just go with the sea at your right, not too close to the cliffs. There was low tide this day so we could cross the Cuckmere river in the beach, also in Hope Gap we went into the beach and continue along the coast until the next beach wghere we crossed the river.
The final downhill to Eastbourne from Beachy Head might be not the easiest but the most straight (very steep). Save some effort for the end, there are two small uphills when you think it is all downhill.
