Itinerary description
The trail starts in Fierro Urco. From San Lucas take a pick-up truck to Fierro Urco early in the morning and start the trail which is mostly downhill until you get to Gualel, then it levels up as you take the main road to El Cisne

It is advisable to pick up a good day with no rain to do this trail as ancient cattle trails turn very muddy. Otherwise, rubber boots are a must as well as walking poles. 8-11 hours depending on your experience.
