Sendero Ojo del Moro

This is a pleasant short walk on the outskirts of Benaocaz. There is plenty of parking at the start. The start of the walk is on the A2303 road to Ubrique just past Benaocaz, you take the first turning on your right.

From the Information panel keep walking until you come to a path on your left with wooden railings. Following the path you will come to a very old interesting bridge which crosses the Pajaruco stream. A bit further along you will come to an old lime kiln. Lastly you will come to the Mirador Ojo del Moro, overlooking the Tavizna valley and the Aznalmara castle in the distance. A really nice short route, well worth doing if you going to explore Benaocaz for the day.
