Un sendero accidentado para caminata únicamente por el bosque nativo de pino y encino de dificultad moderada que inicia desde la zona del Magueyal hasta las pinturas rupestres. Hay muchas vistas increíbles del profundo cañón del arroyo a lo largo de este sendero. Para programar su caminata por este sendero, diríjase al pequeño pueblo de El Carrizal, QRO (20° 52.348'N, 100° 3.263'W) y pregunte a Salvador Hernández (52-441-106-2588) para obtener direcciones.
