Itinerary description
Tidal influences apply on this hike........Park at the Cove parking lot on the South end of Seaside at Seltzer Park. Take Ave U then just after the Seaside golf course turn left and follow the road South. Take time at the Cove to admire the power of the sea......Walk across the rocks to the beach. Tide willing you can then walk the beach to a point (not well defined) where you can then head East to reach the South end of the Prom. This route is the first stage part of Seaside Hike & Bike but can be done by itself. Restrooms - At Seltzer Park in the Cove parking lot.
