Saranda is a tourist town in Albania, located in front of the island of Corfu, very close to the Greek border. From the Panorama hotel we walk to the southern beaches, where the Lumi River flows into. It is a real spectacle to see a relatively large river flow into a beach. The water is cold and contrasts with the warmth of the sea. We return walking towards the northern beaches, through streets with sidewalks and the chaos of the hotels with private beaches that do not allow the passage. Following the road, and after several frustrated attempts to reach the beach, we arrive at the promenade, if hardly shaded and with a stone beach, but at least you can walk to the port. We return to the hotel along the road above, with a gentle slope and no shade or hardly any establishments. As said, a chaos of the city, made haphazardly, but which has its charm due to the exotic and different nature of the place and its people.
