Itinerary description
Sara Oreum (volcanic crater) from Seongpanak visitor center.
This is a volcanic crater in Mt. Halla, Jeju island in Korea.
I was lucky to take this photo of Oreum full of water since it was after heavy rain.
It is pretty easy to reach here.
If you keep on hiking further for another 2~3 hours (one way, moderately difficult), you can reach the summit of Mt. Halla with a big crater called Baeknokdam.
