Itinerary description
If you are lucky, you can get a colectivo in San Miguel to Chivay. Otherwise you need to walk to Cabanaconde (that was my case)
The trail is not very technical but the uphill from San Juan to San Miguel is demanding.
I got lost twice on the way to San Juan, you should stick to the trail closest to the Colca River
