Itinerary description
No recommendado!
Not recommended. It was not easy to stay on the trail. It crossed private property (climbed several fences). GPS fades in and out. Numerous blow downs and spots where trail evaporates. Stayed on trail for first 6.5k, up 750 meters and no view from the peak! Not sure if GPS is less accurate in this area or original trail I was trying to follow (SnLuis-Quemaderos volcan Poas) has changed.
I did not enjoy this hike.
