Itinerary description

Beautiful hike around the Aosta Valley. Very good views of most of the valley.

Trail is mostly marked. On the way up, we deviated to the right and ended up near a house. In order to go to Bellon, where you can find the trail to the peak, on the left of the house there's a gated garden. To the right of that garden, you'll find a semi visible trail. It's a very old one (or a goat trail) but it will take you to the statue near the village. We liked this route as it provided a great view of the east side of the Aosta Valley.

Otherwise, easy to follow route. There were a lot of fallen trees we had to get over on the way up (east of the peak). Also, this should take 6-7 hours to complete if you're a decent hiker. We took a long time due to having to shelter from constant rain :)
