Itinerary description
There are graded crushed-rock roads throughout this park to walk on, however, this recording mostly takes you off-road onto the meandering dirt trails. Plus, I’ve included some hills “that go nowhere” just for the sake of gettin’ in some cardio.
You’ve got the American River on the south with “urban sprawl” on the west, north & east. Feel free to meander down a new trail ... you simply can’t get lost!
