Itinerary description
Castelnou es un hermoso pueblo medieval en la región de los Pirineos Orientales. En el momento de mi visita, el castillo estaba cerrado y no pude visitarlo. La iglesia que está fuera de las murallas estaba abierta y definitivamente vale la pena una visita. Castelnou es un pueblo donde encontrarás mucho arte. Pasee por las calles estrechas y también disfrute de la vista de las montañas a su alrededor. En el camino hacia el pueblo hay una serie de lugares marcados donde se puede tomar una hermosa foto panorámica.
Castelnou is a beautiful medieval village in the Pyrénées-Orientals region. At the time of my visit, the castle was closed and I could not visit. The church that is outside the walls was open and definitely worth a visit. Castelnou is a village where you will find a lot of art. Stroll through the narrow streets and also enjoy the view of the mountains around it. On the way to the village there are a number of places marked where you can take a beautiful panoramic photo.
Castelnou is een mooi Middeleeuws dorpje in de regio Pyrénées-Orientals. Op het moment van mijn bezoek was het kasteel gesloten en kon ik dus niet gaan bezoeken. Het kerkje dat buiten de muren ligt, was wel open en zeker een bezoekje waard. Castelnou is een dorpje waar je veel kunst terugvindt. Struin door de smalle straatjes en geniet ook van het uizicht op de bergen eromheen. Op de weg naar het dorp zijn een aantal plekken gemarkeerd waar je een mooi panorama foto kan maken.
