Three-day walking route through the Usambara Mountains (Lushoto, Tanzania) through samples of magnificent tropical rain forest and rural areas of deep Africa with agricultural crops and forest landscape degraded by pine and eucalyptus plantations for rapid timber production. Formidable to take the pulse of the daily life of the majority of the rural population of this country and in general of much of southern Saharan Africa. Urban structures, buildings, ways of life, land uses, crops and the sociology of work. Also the landscape of a humanized mountain with scraps of wildlife.
