Ruta del Desayuno No. 6
Puerto de los Pescadores – El Tejar.
This is a lovely linear walk with about 95% shade. A little hidden gem that I have used many times, sometimes using it to make up circular walks in the area.
You get some lovely panoramic views of the La Mota castle, Sierra Alpujata, Sierra Cabrilla, Sierra Prieta and Sierra Alcarapain.
The walk meanders all the way to the large pine tree at the junction with Camino El Tejar (that goes up to La Bola).
Return the same way you came. Then you can make your way down to La Ventilla for refreshments if you like.
