Ruta del Desayuno No. 3
This is a circular walk (part urban) and part of my Ruta del Desayuno series (The breakfast walks).
They all start from Puerto de los Pescadores (Fishermen Pass) and always finish up at La Ventilla Restaurant adjacent the BP garage, for a nice breakfast.
This route uses the paved area adjacent the A387 all the way to the Las Agonias de Cristo chapel, and then going up Avenida Blas Infante (El Variante), then onto Calle Ardalejos, then turning right into the forest.
The path from here was a bit tricky to find initially but then became more visible. This section passes several interesting caves. Arriving at the junction and turning right onto the brown ‘Alhaurin’ route, which takes you all the way back to the start and then to La Ventilla for a coffee and roll.
