Itinerary description
Ruta del Caris from Caín de Valdeón (restaurant) to Poncebos (restaurant) and back.
The distance from the closest restaurant (or parking) is included in this track. So not 24 km as expected but almost 31. The start from Caín is relatively flat with several tunnels and 2 bridges with magnificant views. After an incline a few km’s from the finish the trail descends to Poncebos. The return walk starts with about 1 km going up, after which the path descends again and the last part 9 km's is flat and fairly easy to do.
