Ruta de los Almendros
This walk starts from the Cultural centre in the middle of the village.
This is the Guaro official long route of the Almond Trail. It's usually held end of Janurary / beginning of February depending on how well the blossom is doing.
It is a very scenic route with undulating hills and valleys. The route goes down to the river, where you have to cross (usually it's not a problem).
From here you have an uphill climb. You will come across an old wreck when you get to the top of the hill, which is a good spot to have a break and take in the views.
There is then an easy descent and finally a climb back into Guaro.
There are several bars where you can get some nice tapas.

Paar flinke stijgingen maar de moeite waard zeer mooie wandeling met verstrekkende uitzichten.
