Incredible trail, highly recommended. It is a tour that some accommodations usually offer. We did it with Tebing. We usually do all the routes alone, but this one did not appear in Wikiloc and at this time, November 2022, they insist a lot that you take a guide from certain areas. Getting lost is difficult in Tqman Negara, because the paths are obvious, and if you go off you won't get very far because the jungle engulfs everything. We decided to pay attention to the guide and it was a success, the guide teaches you super interesting things about the route, and the fear is that it was more educational than sporty but not at all. The route is hard, you have to be in relative shape to do it, there are 8 km in total, which seems little, but the humidity is almost 100% and the terrain is technical, with a lot of rope to help you, with roots and slippery almost always , makes it much more difficult. Special to highlight the final part of arrival at the waterfall, you follow the course of the river by the river itself and it is spectacular... the top also has good views but not as many as the main peak. But catch on the way. And on the way back from the route they take you by boat through the rapids, which is fine, and you enjoy the views of the jungle through the river, which is cool. In the waterfall you can bathe, highly recommended. Note, Wikiloc does not work very well here, because obviously the average speed is not that. The distance is something else because the first kilometer did not activate it, and I forgot to remove it when we started the lap with the boat, hence the weird part at the end.
