Difficult
Make sure you are prepared and try to follow the trail as closely as possible because it’s easy to get lost. Come with plenty of time because this is a long one. Make sure you have a good pair of shoes as there will be mud everywhere. It’s quite physically demanding so be careful if you’re not used to hiking.

It's very easy to follow this route. Now it's easier because the Frontera Endurace run marked the entire loop for us!! Happy hiking for everybody:)

Wonderful hike in the jungly mountans with ropes to help you pass the steepest parts. Watefalls were incredible with many birds. We did it anti clockwise by mistake but it was much better this way as the end of the loop is a long dirt road with many rocks from the highest point of the mountain to the village.
I would recommend to start like we did to start the hike in a greener landscapes with waterfalls, cows and mountains and keep the dirt road part for the end. You can also get in a jeep on the way if you don’t want to kill your knees and ankles while walking all the way down.
